Friends don't let friends pay for shipping, that's why we ship all our packages for free, all over the world!

Returns are at your own expense (With the exception of Dutch returns, which are free).

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Our return policy allows you to return unused products within 30 days of receipt. As soon as we have received your returned item(s), we will exchange them or refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused and unwashed, with all original Wrong Friends labels attached and in the original packaging. You can return the items to:
